Do you want to work with maintenance and problem-solving at one of Sweden's most beautiful workplaces? We are looking for someone interested in property maintenance and related problem-solving in the operation of larger commercial properties.
Are you the positive problem-solver we are looking for? In the role of property caretaker, you are responsible and take on tasks that arise in the operation. You work closely with both property caretakers and property technicians in the same department. The area that the department is responsible for includes several larger commercial properties, including hotels, restaurants, adventure baths, spa and relaxation areas, and shops.
Main Responsibilities
- This involves managing the internal and external maintenance of properties and handling reported issues.
- Planning and organizing the maintenance work of the properties.
- Performing and participating in the development of the department's daily routines.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven and enjoys the combination of technology, problem-solving, and communication. We also see that you are driven and goal-oriented in your work to solve tasks. Even though your days mainly consist of troubleshooting and improvement work, you also have many points of contact, both internally and externally, which means you need to enjoy meeting other people. In this role, you are expected to take significant responsibility, and we see it as especially important that you have a good ability to develop structures and working methods to maintain quality in your daily work. You value collaboration and therefore have good teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license B for a car with a manual transmission.
Meritorious:
- Experience with administrative maintenance systems.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, and the working hours are scheduled during the day, including weekdays as well as Saturdays/public holidays during the winter season. On-call duty may occur.
Interviews may take place continuously during the period, and the position may thus be filled during this time.
